Kaunakakai School 21st Century Summer Program

Aloha Parents/Guardians,

Registration is now open for the Kaunakakai School 21st Century Summer Program. We are excited to offer students engaging learning opportunities, enrichment activities, and career-themed experiences throughout the summer.

The program will run from June 4, 2026 through June 26, 2026 at Kaunakakai School.

Please complete and submit all registration forms by May 22, 2026. Hard copies of field trip and student conduct forms will be distributed once your child has been accepted into the program. Space may be limited, so we encourage families to submit applications as soon as possible.

Funding for breakfast and lunch has not been approved, still waiting for approval. In the event that meals aren’t funded, please be prepared to send home lunch with your student(s). Students should also bring a water bottle and a snack each day.

What is SUN Bucks?
SUN Bucks, or Summer EBT, is a new and permanent program to provide benefits to eligible households with school-aged children to purchase food during the summer. Eligibility must be established annually.
